OMERTA Shipping Policy

Where We Ship: We currently ship to all 50 United States and territories.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate — delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate — delivered in 1–2 business days.
• FREE Shipping: On all orders of $45 or more.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Protection: If your package is lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.

International Shipping: Not currently available.
